Refund policy
Returns (Physical Products)
We accept returns only for physical items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you received such an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Have proof of purchase (order confirmation email).
Digital Products (Ringtones)
All digital products, including ringtones, are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
This is because digital downloads cannot be physically returned. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products (ringtones or other downloads)
- Items returned without contacting us first
- Items that are not defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., “change of mind” or size preference)
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized/customized products
Refunds (if applicable for Physical Products)
Once your return is approved and received by our supplier, we will inspect it and notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Replacements
For physical products that were damaged in transit or defective, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost instead of a refund.
Shipping for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), return shipping costs will be covered.
- If the return is requested for other reasons not supported by our policy, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
